  I've been working in property management for over 5 years. My parents have been in property management for over 20 years. Close friends and family have been working in property management for over 20 years and by far this has got to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, DISLOYAL business I’ve seen, who treats their employees like trash. My mom was managing a property in Fullerton for 3 years and half, a small community of 44 units. Never seem to have issues. Always doing her hours, keeping the occupancy always at 100% property clean, tenants happy and very professional in her work. But when they want to force you to quit or make any stupid excuses to let you go, giving write ups that makes no sense, they will let you go without any heart or compassion towards your family. Recently my dad had his 4th stroke in less than 1 year, this last stroke really hit him hard were it got to the point where he can't speak without mumbling and his right side of the body got paralyzed. The whole time my dad was in the hospital for over 60 days my mom NEVER stopped working or did her job. Called in sick 2 times in those 2 months that my dad was in the hospital. I understand everyone makes mistakes, prior my dad's hospital days they had hire a porter to go in the property 3 times a week to clean the property and keep it clean. A week after my dad gets sent to the hospital they take the porter away and put the responsibility on my mom's end. Never once asked my mom or told my mom why they took away the porter. Well it ended up with them firing my mom a day after my dad came home from the hospital with the hospital bed in the apartment and wheelchair. Giving my mom less than 24 days to move and get out of the apartment. Pan America knew the situation of my dad and knew what my mom was going through and still decided to let her for things that wasn’t in her job description. They took away the porter without notifying my mother. Pan America Properties is disgrace and the owners and VP’s are worst. Anyone wanting to work for Pan America think twice before working here, they will use you for the time they think they can, when they don’t need you anymore or want to hire someone else that’s inside their friend zone they will fire you without any reasons.
