  They seem friendly, and can approve you easily, and have cheap rent apartments, but they don't maintain them, like at ALL. The apartments I live in are INFESTED with roaches, never in my life had I been so disgusted, and felt like even if I showered I was still dirty. Roaches get everywhere, they're in all my appliances, (fridge, toaster, stove, etc..) I am sick and tired of asking them to get an exterminator, but they don't, so what i did was never paid the rent on time, on purpose. February is my last month, and I'm definitely calling the city before I leave, so whoever rents it out after us, won't have this problem. Specially if they have kids like myself. oh and they also put up bullshit charges on your rent. . hopefully the city's health department can do something about these nasty buildings.
